The Resurrection Demands a Response
Read John 20:20
(20) After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord.
—
When the disciples finally realize it’s really Jesus, everything changes.
Their fear turns into joy.
Their hiding turns into boldness.
Their confusion turns into conviction.
And before long they are telling everyone they meet that…
Jesus is alive.
And that message changed the world.
Now, if Jesus didn’t rise from the dead, then there’s nothing to be excited about.
But if He did, if Jesus truly walked out of the tomb…
Then He isn’t just someone to admire.
He’s someone to trust.
—
Today’s Question:
Do I simply believe Jesus lived, or have I trusted Him as the risen Savior?
Today’s Challenge:
If you already believe, share the hope of the resurrection with someone this week.
If you’re still unsure, ask God to reveal Himself to you.
Today’s Prayer:
Jesus, thank You for conquering sin and death. Help me live in the hope of Your resurrection.
