The Story Isn't Over

God’s judgment is real, but His grace has the final word.

For most of Zephaniah, God's message is one of judgment, exposing sin and warning His people of the consequences of their rebellion. But just when it seems like the story can only end in destruction, God announces something unexpected: restoration, rejoicing, and hope. He reminds His people that judgment is not the final chapter because He delights in saving, restoring, and dwelling with those who turn to Him. Through Jesus, the punishment we deserved was taken away so we could experience the joy of God's presence forever. No matter how dark the story may seem, God's grace has the power to write a better ending.
