You Can Know a Lot and Still Miss the Point
Read Ecclesiastes 12:9–12
(9) Not only was the Teacher wise, but he also imparted knowledge to the people… (11) The words of the wise are like goads, their collected sayings like firmly embedded nails—given by one shepherd. (12) Be warned, my son, of anything in addition to them…* Ecclesiastes 12:9–12

Solomon talks about wisdom, learning, and study.
And just to be clear, he’s not against knowledge.
He just wants us to know that knowledge alone cannot satisfy the soul.
In fact, you can know a lot about life and still miss the point of life.
You can gain information without gaining wisdom.
And real wisdom begins when you recognize your need for God.
That’s why some of the smartest people in the world are still restless.
Because your soul needs more than information.
It needs Jesus.

Today’s Question:

Today’s Challenge:

Today’s Prayer:
“Father, help me not just grow in knowledge, but grow closer to You.”
