Come And See

Many Christians hesitate to talk about Jesus because they feel unqualified or afraid they won’t have the right answers. But in John 1, we see that sharing Jesus can be far simpler than we think. After Philip begins following Jesus, he immediately tells his friend Nathanael and invites him with three simple words: “Come and see.” That invitation leads Nathanael to personally encounter Jesus and his skepticism quickly turns into faith. This message reminds us that our job isn’t to win arguments or explain everything. It’s simply to connect people to Jesus. Sometimes the most powerful step of faith is just inviting someone to come and see for themselves.
