Information Isn't the Problem

Read Haggai 1:7–8

(7) This is what the Lord Almighty says: “Give careful thought to your ways. (8) Go up into the mountains and bring down timber and build my house, so that I may take pleasure in it and be honored,” says the Lord. Haggai 1:7–8

The people already knew what God wanted them to do.

They didn't need another sermon.
They didn't need another study.
They didn't need another explanation.

They needed obedience.

Honestly, that's true for many of us too.

Most of us already know our next step.

We know the conversation we need to have.
The habit we need to break.
The step of faith we need to take.

The issue usually isn't information.

It's obedience.
