You Become What You Consume
Read Psalm 1:1–3
(3) That person is like a tree planted by streams of water, which yields its fruit in season and whose leaf does not wither—whatever they do prospers. Psalm 1:3

Every day, something is shaping you.
Your social media feed.
Your playlists.
Your conversations.
Your habits.
Your entertainment.
Nobody stays spiritually neutral for very long.
Psalm 1 paints a picture of someone deeply rooted in God’s truth, like a tree planted by streams of water.
Stable.
Healthy.
Fruitful.
But that kind of life doesn’t happen accidentally.
You become what you consistently consume.
And eventually, whatever fills your mind starts shaping your heart.
