The Last Ten Percent

Most of us struggle to practice real honesty in relationships. We either flatter people by telling them only what they want to hear, or we hurt people by saying more than we should. Proverbs reminds us that loving honesty is better than silent approval, and that wounds from a true friend can actually be trusted. Real love doesn’t hide the truth. It has the courage to say the last ten percent that someone needs to hear.
