When the angel tells Philip to go south to a desert road, he doesn’t explain why.

No details.
No guarantees.
No preview of what’s coming.

Just: “Go.”

And Philip goes…in spite of what he doesn’t know.

He doesn’t know about the Ethiopian.
He doesn’t know about Isaiah 53.
He doesn’t know about baptism by the roadside.

He just knows God said go.

This isn’t easy for most of us though.

We want specific GPS directions from heaven. However, following Jesus usually feels more like being handed a compass than a map.

Because God is often far more interested in your obedience than your understanding.

After all, if He gave you all the details, you wouldn’t need faith.

Today’s Question: Where might God be asking me to move forward without giving me all the details?

Today’s Challenge: Take one step today in an area where you’ve been waiting for more clarity. Don’t wait for full understanding. Choose obedience.

Today’s Prayer: Lord, help me trust You enough to obey even when I don’t understand everything. Grow my faith as I go.
